I have case id for ETA form. I could see my details by downloading MDB file from flcdatacenter. How can I know whether I am EB2 or EB3? I do not want to ask my employer.

found answer on Ron Gotcher's website: ONE CAN CONTUNUE WORKING ON EAD (http://immigration-information.com/forums/showpost.php?p=25197&postcount=3) according to this post.
This contradicts with the fact that many reported on IV. Ron says that one can continue employment on EAD. EAD stays valid atleast till the legally allowed time to file for an appeal, and once you file appeal, it stays active till it adjudicated.
However many ppl reported that they had to leave job due to 485 revocation. What is the truth???? Any one?

I got my 485 approved yesterday. I applied for my 485 this June 13th I got my approval yesterday I am very happy about it. I hope everyone who applied will get their approval soon. Basically I am in marketing I want to get trained in java to get into IT field. Please let me know you�re thought is this a good move.

Why is there so much discussion surrounding this stimulus package, I thought all of were highly skilled, high educated clique who made the big $$.
I have seen numerous occasions where people boast of large pay packets, bill rates, and now this is a measly $1,200, an amount that could be made with working 2 days is generating such a huge discussion. This does not add up???
Not everybody on this forum earns 144,000 a year. What world are you living in my friend? Do you not get out that often?

Great idea, although I prefer the "Whatever Clock (http://www.amazon.com/California-Clock-Co-Whatever/dp/B00103ON5Y/ref=pd_sbs_k_5)" since their [USCIS] forward and backward movements happen for no apparent rhyme or reason.

By the way - How about dropping a email to Ombudsman as well , saw in another thread that this approach worked ... TSC and NSC 140 sufferers can put Subject as TSC and NSC accordingly.

Expatsvoice has written is own draft legislation to amend the CSPA, as it is badly written, confusing to many including attorneys and Geoff Gorsky, head of VO and does not protect all children from aging out
This legislation has been passed from Dave Weldons office to his legislators in Washington, we are awaiting to hear the outcome
Also expats voice are being interviewed for a 6 week radio program on all problems relating to US immigration. will try and update here when I get any news

Landed on 03/1997 on H1B. Didn't file for GC until 2003 as plan was to work for 2-3 years, get into an MBA program, and then go back.
MBA resulted in loans of $120K which in turn meant spending some more time in the US which resulted in buying a house which resulted in even bigger loan.
Now living the American "dream" on EAD.
You must be earning more than the debts you have from MBA per year. With that you should have paid the loans.

Guys,
You all want something from IV and will contribute only if that something is being pursued. I would look at it other way, IV has no money on its own, so if you do not contribute there is very little IV can do for you. so first contribute and then let us have a discussion on what needs to be done.

This would suck for older priority dates.
My priority date is March, 2002!! Application was delivered to Nebraska on June 15th but the Receipt date is in mid-July.
So all those filers with priority dates after me (did not come across any with PD older than mine) that got their receipt notices before me would jump ahead in line!! Who knows how many years more...
Hopefully they will change their procedure after this fiasco to go by Priority Dates first and then the receipt dates.
